Wildcat Football Registration

We will be signing up for fall football Saturday May 19th from 10am to 2pm at King Soopers (Tower and Hampden). PeeWee $100 Competitive $135.

You can save time by filling out the registration and insurance waiver forms and bringing them with you along with a copy of your child's birth certificate

To access these forms, Highlight over the above links and select Downloads, fill out the Registration and Minor Waiver, attach your child's birth certificate or passport, scan all of this info and email to
